- Arrival times – In order to respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you be on time for your appointment. Clients arriving 20 min and later, will forfeit their appointment and will have reschedule.
- NO SHOW – In case of missing your appointment without canceling, a 25% no show fee will be charged according to service booked. This will have to be paid either before or on your next service. If it happens 3 times you will be charged a 50% nonrefundable deposit on booking your next service. if you still not complaints you will be blocked on our system.
- Client satisfaction – Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know either during or within 7 days after your service has been performed. We are committed to make any needed corrections if the fault was on us.
- Refusal of service – Our salon or staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence or affect the service.
- Kids – We love them and they are welcome any time, we have a toybox for their entertainment. However, with all the sharp tools and chemicals we use, we ask that the kids do not fiddle with these. We do not take any responsibility for any accidents.
Discounts and promotions – cannot be used within conjunction with each other. Vouchers are nonrefundable. If full amount of voucher is not used the balance will be carried over to the next visit. All PROMOTIONS are to be payable in cash. - Terms of payment – All services and products sold to a client is COD basis only, which requires you to pay on completion of service. All payments can be made via CASH, EFT, OR CARD. Please note no card payments less than R50.
- Contract clients – All blow-dry contracts will be valid for 2 months only, if you do not use them within those two months you will forfeit the remainder of the contract. If you do don’t cancel at least 3h in advance for your appointment you will forfeit that blow-dry. Contracts may not be used for any other person other than the client who has the contract.
- Bookings – Please ensure when booking an appointment either online, phone or WhatsApp that you book for the correct service to allow the correct booking time.
